You must have a minimum of 2 years' agency experience and this is not a flexible role so please, no recruiters or applications for remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the design process from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity prototypes and final designs
* Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs for websites, apps and digital assets
* Contributing to user research activities and usability testing to inform design decisions
* Designing responsive websites and digital experiences that work seamlessly across all devices
* Working with our development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
* Maintaining design systems and style guides for our clients
* Presenting design concepts to internal teams and clients
* Staying current with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards and design best practices
Key Skills:
* Strong proficiency in Figma (primary tool), with knowledge of Adobe XD, or similar design tools
* A solid portfolio showcasing user-centred design work and clean visual design
* Understanding of UX principles, user research methods and usability testing
* Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
* Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus
* Self-starter who will be well supported by the team but shows initiative
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Highly value working as part of a team
