JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Derby
SALARY: GBP Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will be responsible for handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, dealing with a broad range of property transactions from instruction to completion. Working within a fast:paced environment, you will be looking for the next step in your career.
THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Residential Conveyancers will have at least 3 years of experience dealing with a high:volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a strong track record in dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion. As the chosen Residential Property Lawyer, you will be self:motivated and possess the ability to work independently.
