Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer
JARK Stevenage Ltd are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into recruitment as a career.
The successful Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:
Interacting on the phone with candidates and clients and booking them for work
Communicating with candidates that are working and processing time sheets.
Working as an effective team member and assisting the rest of the team
Ensuring colleagues are kept informed of any problems or opportunities relating to clients and candidates.
Writing job specs and posting adverts
Site Visits to our client based in Stevenage
Bonus paid based on profit
The Recruitment Administrator will have:
Proven background in administration
Recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential
Team player attitude
Excellent coordination and communication
High level of organization
Strong IT skills
Friday to Tuesday 08.30-17.00 and covering the out of hours phone for workers
Office based Friday Monday and Tuesday and remote working at the weekend
