Job Description
Junior Salesforce Developer
Junior Salesforce Developer required by a leading professional membership organisation in London.
The role:
This non-profit organisation has a dynamic technology environment and as the Junior Salesforce Developer you will play a key role in assisting with the support and ongoing development of the Salesforce platform.
You will join a small and dynamic Salesforce team and will carry out a variety of tasks, from improving processes and driving adoption, testing and bud fixing, through to supporting projects to enhance build or configure new features and functionality. You will work in a collaborative environment, liaising with colleagues in a range of functions, responding to BAU requests and incidents.
A major focus of this role will be supporting a Salesforce to Salesforce data migration, as part of the organisation’s upgrade from classic to lightning. You will therefore need to bring previous data migration experience, knowledge of field mapping and using ETL tools such as MuleSoft or Jitterbit (experience with Data Loader will not be enough)
With a supportive, friendly and stable team, this is an organisation that continually invests in its technology estate and you will have the opportunity to put your Salesforce development skills to the test! If you are looking to make that next step in your career, be involved in a wide range of projects and take on more responsibility then this role will be perfect.
To be considered you will be a Salesforce Developer with hands on development skills and will possess basic data migration experience using an ETL tool.
Skills required:
* Hands-on Salesforce development experience with skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch Classes
* Previous experience of Data migration, field mapping, and experience of using either MuleSoft (Dataloader.io) or Jitterbit (or similar) as ETL tools
* Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
* Strong Salesforce configuration experience with the ability to design and maintain reports and dashboards
You will ideally hold Salesforce Certifications (ideally Platform Developer I) and in addition to your Salesforce skills, you should be a strong communicator with good team working skills. You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach and a keen problem solver with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
What's on offer:
This organisation can offer a lot of flexibility, and this is a hybrid role which will see you work in the fantastic Central London office 2 times per week, with 3 days remotely.
An excellent salary up to £46,500 is on offer as well as an excellent package including 27 Days Holiday, Pension Contribution, Life Assurance, Flexitime option, Onsite Gym, Family Friendly Benefits, as well as other perks.
If you are a Junior Salesforce Developer with experience of data migration tools (MuleSoft or Jitterbit) and looking for an amazing opportunity to progress your skills, then apply NOW.
