Great opportunity to work as a Forklift and Warehouse Equipment Instructor for one of the largest providers of fresh flowers to major supermarket chains throughout the UK.
Staffline is recruiting for an Forklift and Warehouse Equipment Instructor to work in Alconbury.
Own transport is required due to the location.
Salary:
Up to a maximum of £34,000 per annum
You will work a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 4 days off.
Shifts are generally scheduled from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, usually between 6:30am and 7:00pm, depending on site needs.
The average workweek is hours.

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Forklift and Warehouse Equipment Instructor to support and deliver training across our warehousing operations. In this key role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all MHE users are trained, competent, and confident in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet pullers and more - safely and to the highest standard.

Your Time at Work
As a Forklift and Warehouse Equipment Instructor, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions on Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Certifying operators through Novice, Refresher, and Conversion courses
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready training records
- Partnering with Safety and Operations teams to support site compliance
- Promoting and embedding a strong safety-first culture across the warehouse
Our Perfect Worker
The ideal candidate will have:
- RTITB/ITSSAR Certified
- Reach Truck or Counterbalance experience (essential for completing trainer qualification)
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
- A passion for developing others and promoting a strong safety culture
Experience in a similar role is required.
