Electronics Engineer
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: Up to £60,000
Working Pattern: 4-Day Week (Monday‑Thursday) – Every Friday Off

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and test analogue and digital electronic circuits.
* Create test equipment and test jigs to support product development and validation.
* Hands‑on troubleshooting, fault‑finding and system optimisation.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop new products and features.
* Support projects from initial concept through to production.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in electronics engineering, including both analogue and digital circuits.
* Practical experience building, testing, and debugging electronic hardware.
* Genuine passion for electronics, demonstrated through professional work and/or personal projects.
* Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Leadership or management experience is desirable.
