Position Overview
My client is seeking an experienced and Senior Property Manager to lead the Property Management and compliance division. You will oversee and manage approximately 75 high- quality residential properties, with plans to reach 100 within 12 months.
As a senior team member, you will also lead tenancy progression, ensuring compliance is met to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage circa 75 high- quality residential properties
Oversee the full tenant lifecycle: referencing (Goodlord), tenancy preparation, deposit registration, move-in, and ongoing management
Progress new tenancies and manage renewals, arrears, and invoicing via PayProp
Arrange check in's, check out's and mid term inspections
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Prepare and execute agreements through DocuSign
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, compliance, and contractor relationships via Reapit
Resolve challenges and uphold service standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, landlords, and internal team
Attend and contribute to meetings, ensuring organisation and attention to detail
Essential Requirements
4+ years' experience in residential property management; team leadership experience preferred
ARLA Propertymark level qualified or equivalent experience
Strong financial and analytical management skills: rent collection, budgeting, rent tracking
Proficient in tenancy platforms; Goodlord, deposit schemes, PayProp, DocuSign, and Reapit
Excellent written and spoken English with strong organizational skills
Confident communicator who participates actively in meetings and can mentor others
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability especially when trouble shooting tenant maintenance requests.
Understanding and acting on opportunities to grow the department both in unit numbers and revenue.
