GSL Education are currently hiring dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Dinnington (S25), offering personalised support to pupils who require additional guidance. As 1:1 Teaching Assistants (TA), you will work closely with individual pupils to support their academic progress, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing within the classroom. Prime Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-to-one support to pupils as 1:1 Teaching Assistants. Assist with learning activities and classroom engagement. Support pupils with additional needs, helping them stay focused and confident. Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
