Key Responsibilities for the Head of Segment:
* Lead and develop Sector Managers to deliver strategic objectives
* Drive commercial growth through customer acquisition and market expansion
* Oversee segment financials, ensuring profitability and budget alignment
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
* Promote operational efficiency and transformational integration
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
