The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and may require occasional travel to capture on-site content or attend brand events.
Deliverables
* Develop and execute creative concepts for social media posts, stories, and ads
* Produce high-quality graphics, photos, and short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Write engaging copy for posts, captions, and social advertisements
* Collaborate with the founder to align content with brand messaging and campaign objectives
* Design assets for paid social campaigns and organic content
* Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all materials
* Adapt content for different platforms and audience segments within the skincare industry
Requirements
* Proven experience creating content for social media, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness sector
* Strong skills in graphic design, photography, video production, and copywriting
* Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally for content creation or brand events
* Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
* Based in or able to commute to Richmond upon Thames, United Kingdom
