Key Account Manager
IQVIA is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to shape and direct the use of a specialist medicine across The West Midlands and Wales. You will maintain a high-quality commercial approach to maximise opportunities and investments using your negotiation skills, producing and implementing bespoke initiatives that enable access to the use of our client's products by NHS and private providers. It is essential to maintain a high degree of knowledge of the defined therapy areas and NHS policies (local and national) by proactively reviewing current positions and providing solutions where appropriate to ensure the use of our client’s products.
You need
* Ideally experience and proven track record of working with speciality medicines in secondary care within the UK
* A high level of selling, commercial acumen and negotiating skills
* The ability to develop positive relationships with all key customers including clinicians, commissioners and business managers
* Up-to-date knowledge of the product, disease area and customer environment, including the NHS budgetary and planning processes
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
