Duties to Include: * Always put safety first by following all site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) guidelines. * Keep materials moving by handling a variety of internal logistics tasks – including stock replenishment, Kanban processes, supermarket fulfilment, and waste handling. * Operate machinery used to produce and restock materials for the internal supermarket. * Move materials using a range of equipment like forklifts, powered pallet trucks, and manual handling tools. * Use electronic workflows to manage material movements, maintain accurate stock levels, and support Kanban systems. * Manage incoming goods using ERP systems and Kanban processes to keep everything flowing efficiently. * Safely load and unload vehicles with a variety of stock and materials. Skills/Experience required: * A practical, hands-on approach with solid experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles would be a real advantage. * Confident following time-sensitive Standard Work processes with a strong sense of urgency. * Excellent attention to detail, * Ideally a valid counterbalance forklift licence * Comfortable using ERP systems and electronic workflows via PC, mobile devices, or scanners. * Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. * Willing to work cross-functionally with other departments while upholding company values.
