£30,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | Permanent
Our client, a forward-thinking lettings and estate agency with a stellar reputation, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a growing residential portfolio in Cheltenham.
This role is all about organisation, compliance, and customer care. You'll be the key contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors - making sure properties are well managed and everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing property maintenance and compliance checks.
* Carrying out inspections, check-outs, and deposit returns.
* Overseeing arrears management and keeping landlords updated.
* Coordinating contractors, invoices, and record-keeping.
* Building positive, professional relationships with clients and tenants.
What We're Looking For
* Proven property management experience (3+ years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
* Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator who can manage relationships with confidence.
* Comfortable using property management software/CRMs.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
