Compliance Administrator
Pertemps Crewe are currently searching for a Compliance Administrator for their long-standing client in Stoke on Trent with an immediate start. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
For this Compliance Administrator role, you will be responsible for:
1. Help develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including managing Change Controls, Complaints, Risk Assessments, Deviations, and CAPAs as needed
2. Provide administrative support for the QMS, including:Managing document control (SOPs, forms, and records)Issuing and archiving controlled documentsTracking change controlsManaging records for deviations, CAPAs, and complaintsCoordinating Product Quality Complaint (PQC) handling
3. Organise and schedule internal audits, supplier qualification and requalification, training sessions, and maintain up-to-date training records
4. Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory inspections (e.g., MHRA, VMD) and audits
5. Ensure all quality documents are accurate, current, and meet regulatory requirements
6. Keep records updated for approved suppliers and customers, temperature logs and transportation validation data
7. Help prepare documentation for Home Office submissions, including the annual return for Controlled Drugs and also management Review meetings
8. Create and update KPI reports and compliance dashboards.
9. Support the Responsible Person (RP) with tasks related to GDP compliance.
10. Handle documentation for customer and supplier GDP-related queries or requests.
11. Support onboarding processes, including GDP awareness training for new starters.

Details of the Compliance Administrator role:
Working hours: Mon-Fri 0600-1500 (this can be somewhat negotiated)
Pay: £12.56PH
