Job Description
1. Partner with plant leadership to establish and drive quality improvement initiatives aligned with business goals
2. Lead supplier quality improvement efforts, including PPAP, APQP, and reduction of supplier impact events
3. Drive resolution of technical quality issues across manufacturing with a focus on process stability
4. Develop and implement process controls, gaging strategies, and "no‑touch" inspection technologies
5. Support quality technicians by tracking performance goals and providing technical guidance
6. Lead corrective actions related to supplier nonconformances and quality system adherence
7. Mentor internal teams on APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and standard work

The Successful Applicant
8. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering with a strong quality focus
9. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, supplier quality, or operations
10. Strong knowledge of GD&T, metrology, gage R&R, and capability studies
11. Experience with machining and assembly processes (CNC, grinding, tight‑tolerance manufacturing)
12. Hands‑on experience with supplier quality tools and process improvement methodologies
13. Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and drive root cause solutions
14. Injection Molding experience preferred
