Application Support Analyst
Application Support Analyst – Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Application Support, Banking, Oracle SQL, Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Java
Salary – £48k plus excellent benefits
This advanced organisation based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire with good links to Kettering, Bedford & Northampton are looking for a talented Application Support Analyst with solid experience in supporting Oracle applications and hands-on experience providing production support with any Core Banking product. Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role and will join their vibrant Support team.
Key responsibilities for this Application Support role include:
* Financial Services, Banking or Online Banking experience
* Supporting Core Banking applications
* Completion of batch cycles & all the transaction processing
* Create and maintain detailed service support documentation relevant to the applications as required
* Responsibility for critical applications & ownership of incidents / service requests
* Liaising with third parties to support software issues

10. Flexcube and/or OBDX (highly advantageous)
11. Financial Services/Banking experience
You will be a motivated self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills, ideally with hands on experience of supporting Applications / Software maintenance.
