Job Summary
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of maintaining and enhancing our mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Your responsibilities will encompass Planned Preventative Maintenance, swift resolution of system breakdowns, defect repairs, and the overall upkeep and optimisation of our depot facilities and automation systems.
Job Responsibilities
* Maintenance of volume picking machinery through scheduled maintenance.
* Engage and manage external contractors.
* Immediate response to any breakdowns with production equipment in accordance with production hours.
* Assist in managing the delivery of Supply Chain technical projects.
Requirements
* Minimum recognised Level 3 electrical and mechanical qualification.
* Experience working within a maintenance department.
* Experience working with automated conveyor systems.
* Experience fault finding within electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
* Desirable qualifications: IOSH or NEBOSH.
* Desirable knowledge: Management of a technical team.
