We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
* Has expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
* Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
* Understands the strengths and limitations of various research approaches
* Can explain study rationale, methods, and results clearly to stakeholders
* Aligns business and team goals, and identifies new business opportunities
* Collaborates across units on strategy and execution
What you can expect day to day:
* Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
* Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
* Reviewing and approving deliverables
* Managing client relationships and expectations
* Leading team development and mentoring
* Contributing to strategic planning and resource management
* Supporting effective communication and morale
* Providing methodological input and sign-off
* Establishing client partnerships and driving business growth
* Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
* Travel may be required
Requisite experience and qualifications:
* 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership
* Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
* Experience leading research teams
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
