Overview

Buying Administration Assistant – FGH Business Centre, 66-70 Vicar Ln, Bradford BD1 5AJ. Hybrid flexibility to work 2 days in the office and the remainder from home. We have an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to support our dynamic textiles buying team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our department running smoothly, maintaining accurate product data, managing and preparing clothing samples, and helping prepare for exciting seasonal selections. We are looking for someone who can work confidently as part of a team but also thrives independently, using their initiative to check and chase information as needed. Now is a fantastic time to join our Buying and Merchandising Team as we embark on an ambitious and exciting growth journey. You will support both the Senior and Junior Buyers with all aspects of buying administration.


Responsibilities

* Support the dynamic textiles buying team and assist in all aspects of buying administration.
* Maintain accurate product data and documentation.
* Manage, prepare and organise clothing samples for seasonal selections.
* Collaborate with Senior and Junior Buyers; check and chase information as needed.


What You\'ll Need

* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and organisation skills
* A can-do attitude and team spirit
* Experience with MS Office including proficiency in Excel
