SEN Secondary Teacher
Location: Barking & Dagenham
Long Term – Full Time

We are searching for a passionate SEN Secondary Teacher who can engage, motivate and inspire young people with SEMH, ASC and additional learning needs.
This role suits teachers who are resilient, reflective and genuinely committed to making education accessible for all learners.
The role involves:
1. Teaching secondary-aged pupils in a specialist SEN environment
2. Adapting the curriculum to suit individual learning styles and abilities
3. Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and social development
4. Embedding structure, routines and clear expectations
We’d love to hear from teachers who:
5. Are QTS qualified (or equivalent)
6. Have experience in SEN, PRU or alternative settings
7. Can confidently manage behaviour with patience and consistency

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
