As a result of our clients expansion plans and continued ongoing success we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious Payroll Support Administrator to work within a busy Payroll Department. The Person We are looking to appoint a knowledgeable individual who has great minds for numbers and excellent analytical skills. You will be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of using payroll systems and with the ability to utilise data to produce required business reports. You will have full understanding of end-to-end payroll processing. The successful candidate will be supporting the 4-weekly pay run, and assisting in statutory payments, P11D’s, and completing general administrative tasks. Experience of using Zellis Resource link payroll software and UKG workforce management packages would be advantageous. The Role This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to assisting in the day-to-day payroll duties working closely alongside Payroll Manager and Assistant Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include: * Knowledge of Statutory payments (SSP SMP SPP Tax NI) for the day-to-day payroll processes * Assisting in annual auditor checks * Knowledge of HMRC PSA Agreements * Knowledge of P11D’s * Knowledge of Salary sacrifice schemes * Good communication skills * Strong Excel Skills * Good eye for detail * Adhere to the confidentiality policy/GDPR. * Work to strict to deadlines * Data entry skills * Able to work as part of a team but also be able to work on own initiative. * Prioritise own workload. * Flexible and be able to adaptable to other office duties.
