Senior Principal / Partner - Organisation Transformation, Operating Model & Capability Build (Life Sciences)
We are working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consultancy seeking to appoint a Partner to lead and expand its Organisation Transformation offering within Life Sciences.
This is a senior leadership role for an established or emerging Partner with a strong market reputation and the ability to drive significant revenue growth.
The role
You will shape and lead a growing practice, with full accountability for business development, client delivery, and team build-out.
- Leading and growing a book of business within life sciences transformation
- Originating and converting opportunities across operating model design, organisation transformation, and capability build
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders across pharma, biotech, and healthcare organisations
- Defining go-to-market strategy, propositions, and thought leadership
- Building and scaling high-performing teams
- Leading complex, global transformation engagements
Your profile
- Established track record in consulting within life sciences, with deep expertise in organisation transformation and operating model design
- Proven ability to originate and close business, with a demonstrable client network
- Experience building and scaling teams or practices
- Strong reputation as a trusted advisor at senior executive level
- Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented
