Our client is looking for a hard-working individual with Paraplanning experience to join their team based in Weybridge. They manage wealth for private clients, families, and institutions. They provide a highly personal service and offer advice across the full range of Private Client Investment Tax and Retirement Planning.
The Role:
You will be working with a busy team that offers excellent service to the Partner and our High Net Worth client base. Your role will include:
* Collating client information and preparing suitability letters for a variety of technical cases
* Preparing illustrations and reports for client meetings
* Managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems
* Ensuring that the business obtained is being processed compliantly and in a timely manner
* Liaising with colleagues and third parties on a daily basis
* You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems.
Requirements
* This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional Paraplanner who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do’ working style
* You will have been working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment, and you have the Level 4 Dip PFS qualification and are potentially looking to be Chartered
* You will have significant industry experience in the technical aspects and administration of IHT and/or Pension and/or Investment products
* You are highly organised and have excellent communication skills
* You have a solution-focused approach to your work
* It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
