We are recruiting for a Solicitor 1-3PQE to join our Clinical Negligence team in Bristol.
As a Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will consistently deliver a high standard of legal advice to clients in a commercially astute manner and always provide outstanding client service. You will also assist with marketing the department’s services and undertake business development activities to enhance the firm and team’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist on birth injury matters, including the quantum elements.
* Deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding to meet client expectations.
* Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to develop client relationship skills.
* Build effective working relationships within the team.
* Manage time recording, WIP monitoring, and billing on own and others’ files and matters.
* Work towards personal and team KPIs, measuring performance accordingly.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes
* Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3PQE.
* Experience in high-value birth injury, clinical negligence, or personal injury cases.
* Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Excel with strong mathematical skills.
