Role type: Full-time (37 hours) with options for part-time and flexible working patterns.
Responsibilities
* The role oversees the operational delivery of retrofit and renewable-energy projects across the North West, Yorkshire and beyond.
* Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
* Manage PAS 2030/2035 and MCS-certified schemes; drive commercial performance, programme control, and operational excellence across SHDF, ECO4 and wider Regenda Group investment programmes.
* Chairs weekly progress meetings and produces clear performance, risk and action reports.
* Builds and maintains strong client relationships through proactive communication and professional service delivery.
* Promotes Health, Safety and Environmental compliance in line with CDM 2015, Ecogee policy and industry best practice.
Qualifications
* Professional qualification in Construction Management, Building Services or Energy Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in monitoring commercial performance; ability to work with the QS team to manage budgets, valuations and variations to protect margin and cash flow.
* Ability to manage and report on project performance, risks and actions.
