City Football Group is looking for a People Data Solutions Analyst to support high-quality reporting and data delivery across our People Services function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is curious, detail-driven and keen to develop hands-on experience with data, dashboards and emerging tools including Power BI, Python and AI. You’ll play a key role in keeping our people data accurate, accessible and impactful, while learning quickly in a supportive, modern analytics environment.

Your Impact
1. Maintain and refresh core dashboards and reporting packs used across the People organisation.
2. Deliver day-to-day reporting requests through the ticketing system, escalating issues where appropriate.
3. Support data preparation, reconciliation and validation across People datasets.
4. Run routine data quality checks and flag issues or inconsistencies.
5. Assist with the development and testing of new analytics products and datasets.
6. Use AI tools to support summarisation, documentation and quality checks.
7. Maintain documentation, SOPs, data definitions and dictionaries.
8. Support workflow automation and updates to data assets as required.
What we are looking for
9. A genuine interest in data, analytics, AI and problem-solving.
10. Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail.
11. Willingness and ability to learn Power BI, SQL and Python.
12. Clear communication skills and confidence supporting internal stakeholders.
13. Organised, curious and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
14. Bonus: Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python or AI tools, and/or experience working with HR or operational data.
