Based at their stunning Audi dealership in Salisbury, you will provide aftersales support across all Heritage dealerships in the group.
The Role

First point of contact for customers booking servicing or repairs.
*
Handle enquiries via phone, website and email.
*
Contact existing customers to promote services and offers.
*
Upsell service plans and products.
*
Ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
About You
* You MUST have the right to work in the UK and be based local enough to commute.
* Ideally a driver with their own vehicle, however, if not you must be able to reliably commute to the site.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
*
Confident telephone manner.
*
Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
*
Automotive experience useful but not essential – training provided.
