Offer description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our expanding business operations. This role will provide essential administrative assistance across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance ensuring smooth co-ordination across departments.
* Customer Service: Respond to customer queries professionally and ensure a high standard of service.
* Financial Administration: Work with our Head Office to process invoices, payments, and expense reporting. Maintain financial records and assist in tracking for various departments.
* Office Management: Oversee office supplies, external supplier relationships and general upkeep to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
* Scheduling & Logistics: Co-ordinate meetings, appointments and rotas for club staff.
* HR Administration: Support Head Office in regular tasks to support staff updates and payroll processing.
* Data Management: Maintain databases, filing systems, and digital records to ensure efficient information retrieval and organisation.
* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all administrative processes comply with club policies and industry regulations. Prepare reports and documentation as required.
* Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with department heads and event co-ordinators to facilitate seamless operations.
* Events: Assist in event planning, scheduling, and co-ordination. Work with the Events team on event delivery when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
