This key role is vital to Sandal, one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI Retailers in the area. Our aim is to deliver a premium service. Reporting directly to the Service Controller, you will handle a wide range of customer enquiries, progress work through our Aftersales department, and manage invoicing upon completion.
Candidate Profile
You should be a bright professional with previous retail motor industry experience as a Service Advisor. The ability to plan ahead, maintain good communication with team members and customers, and ensure our business potential is maximized are essential. A full driving licence is required.
Training & Development
The training for this position exceeds that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing courses on new model technology and customer service at the BMW Group Training Academy.
