About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in Programme and Change Acceleration, you will support the delivery of complex client business transformation and change management initiatives across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently lead execution of overall work stream(s) on client delivery, mentoring/coaching junior team members, enabling capability development.
* Implement P3M and/or change management methodologies, tools, and processes to drive forward P&CA thought leadership.
* Contribute to the development of internal training pathways to enhance P&CA capability and coach junior members.
* Shape and solve problems using a fact‑based approach to drive insight to clients.
* Have a commercial mindset to proactively identify new opportunities to support clients and shape our P&CA offers.
Additional Responsibilities
* Business Development: leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, hosting events.
* Internal contribution: campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development.
* Learning & Development: training to support career development and skill demand.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives across industries with strong programme governance, stakeholder and risk management.
* Proven track record of delivering successful change management initiatives, designing and executing change management strategies, tailored communications, training and KPI tracking.
* Experience managing a workstream(s) or small project, delegating work to direct reports.
* Experience with P3M and/or Change Management delivery approaches and methodologies.
* Strong commercial awareness, including identifying and converting sales opportunities or managing budgets.
* Demonstrated people development skills through coaching and managerial experience.
Desirable Skills
* P3M qualifications: MSP, MoP, P3O, PMQ, PPQ, ChPP, PMP, PgMP, PROSCI, APMG, PRINCE2, or agile equivalents.
* Ability to thrive in a matrixed organisation, selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Current role in a major consulting firm or relevant industry with consulting background.
* Proposition building and delivery experience.
* UK security vetting status of Security Check (SC) within 6 months.
