After our announcements of a 484-bed purpose-built student accommodation (‘PBSA') scheme on Malago Road, Bedminster in Bristol, we're searching for someone with a passion for construction, skilled in leading complex developments like high-rise buildings and student accommodations, to make an impact with us as Project Manager.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee mid- and high-rise construction projects with a focus on residential and student accommodation builds. Your leadership and expertise will ensure timelines and budgets are met as you coordinate a team of professionals and the supply chain. Proficiency in ASTA programming for scheduling and management will be essential to effectively guide projects to success.

We work on a national basis so it's essential that you're happy to work away from home (expenses paid in line with company policy).
