What Were Looking For in You?
* 3+ years experience in an IT MSP environment and 2nd Level
* Highly organised, proactive and customer-focused individual
* Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in a customer service-focused role
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft platforms including:
Microsoft 365 administration
Windows 11
Basic Windows Server administration (Active Directory, user management, group policies)
