What You’ll Do:
* Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized client accounts
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client needs
* Support new customers through onboarding and early-stage adoption
* Track account performance, renewal timelines, and pipeline activity
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless account management
