Production Operative
Location: Hawkhurst, Kent
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Long-term Temporary (with the potential to become permanent for the right person)
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Hawkhurst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the possibility of securing a permanent position.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- 30-minute lunch break
- Free lunch provided every day
The Role
- Assembling and producing products to required specifications
- Operating hand tools and production equipment
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Following work instructions and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider production team as required

- Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Important Information
Due to the rural location of the site, applicants must have their own transport and be able to drive to work, as public transport options are limited.
This position is available for an immediate start and we are looking to interview and onboard candidates quickly.
