This is a multi‑brand workshop with a steady workflow, modern equipment, and a Monday‑Friday routine that offers proper work‑life balance without sacrificing earnings.
Responsibilities
* Service, maintenance, and repair across multiple vehicle brands
* Diagnostics and fault finding to a high standard
* Completing Vehicle Health Checks that directly contribute to bonus
* Working efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
* Supporting a professional, productive workshop team
Requirements
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with solid workshop experience
* Confident across petrol vehicles and keen to train into EV
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving ability
* Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
* £32,000-£34,000 basic salary + bonus averaging £5,000
* Time Save Bonus and Vehicle Health Check Bonus
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
