What to Expect in This Role: Teach Modern Foreign Languages across a range of year groups. Plan and deliver interactive lessons that encourage participation and progress. Support students in developing strong language and communication skills. Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Monitor student progress and work collaboratively with colleagues to support achievement. Requirements for This MFL Teacher Role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching MFL is desirable. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities. A positive, professional, and proactive approach to teaching. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
