Administrative Coordinator (Property Services)

QinetiQ Great Malvern, England, United Kingdom

As an Administrative Coordinator (Property Services), you’ll play an important part in ensuring that our site services and contractor management run smoothly. Day‑to‑day, you’ll provide administrative support across the Property Services team, coordinate contractor paperwork and access, manage purchase orders and permits, cover the help‑desk and post room, and act as a central point of contact for site operations.


Your Responsibilities

* Supporting the Contractor Administrator with issuing and closing tasks and raising purchase orders.
* Maintaining contractor records and ensuring paperwork is current and compliant.
* Booking in contractors, arranging access and supporting inductions and permits.
* Covering the help‑desk as required.
* Escorting uncleared contractors on site.
* Supporting the post room including handling parcels, franking letters and site deliveries.


Essential Experience

* Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support role.
* PC literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work proactively and solve problems.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This role is 37 hours per week based at Malvern, with working times Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 or 7:30–15:00.
