Responsibilities
You will be based exclusively in the cozy, intimate baby room, which caters to a maximum of 6 children at any time with an excellent 1:3 staff‑to‑child ratio.
* Act as a key person, keeping regular observations and developmental profiles updated.
* Assist with planning stimulating play experiences using the EYFS framework.
* Maintain daily routines including changing nappies, supporting potty training, and setting up nap beds.
* Build warm, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and family members.
* Help set up and tidy activities, maintaining food safety, health and safety, and nursery hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* Hold a valid Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
* Proven experience confidently working with children under the age of 2 in a nursery setting in the UK.

* Strong organisational abilities, emotional resilience, and a positive attitude.
* Flexibility: Punctual, flexible, and willing to assist across other nursery rooms if required.
