Positive Employment is currently recruiting for an HR Advisor for our client, a government organisation in Plymouth.
The successful post holder will provide an HR advisory service covering a broad range of activities including advising managers on general HR queries, supporting restructure/TUPE processes. This role is a temporary contract initially for 3 months with the possibility to extend and is hybrid working.
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* The postholder will also be required to act as the HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, particularly advising the Chair at hearings and appeals.
* The postholder may also get involved in policy development and implementation.
Personal Requirements
* Chartered status of CIPD, or with a Level 5 qualification and working towards full CIPD membership.
* Experience of working in local government or public sector is an advantage.
Working Hours: 36 hrs / Monday - Friday
Pay: £27.70 per hour
Note: This role is within the scope of IR35.
