In This Role You Will
* Accurately work syndicated offers within the documented timescales.
* Achieve quality targets and meet key deadlines to drive satisfaction from HSBC’s Partner Banks and Financial Institutions, internal and external customers.
* Proactively identify and communicate potential challenges to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
* Take ownership of daily tasks and work in conjunction with teams and stakeholders in other business areas to improve our service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience delivering excellent customer service is essential, with absolute commitment to always providing service quality.
* Self‑motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively, work well under pressure, and within tight timelines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite.
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, tailoring communication to meet the audience and message being delivered.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a can‑do attitude and a team‑player mindset.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferable, but not essential.
* This role is based in Worthing. The successful applicant will be required to spend part of their working week at this location. Hybrid working is available, but the role holder must live within commuting distance of the office location.
