About the Role As SENCO, you will: • Oversee all SEND provision across the school. • Manage and implement effective support plans for pupils with EHCPs and other needs. • Liaise with parents, carers, staff, and external agencies to ensure that each pupil receives the support they need. • Provide training, coaching, and support for staff to promote inclusive teaching practices. • Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions and support strategies. • Contribute to the pastoral and academic progress of students with additional needs. • Lead on documentation, compliance, and SEND strategy.
