About the Role
As a Graduate / Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Learn & develop – Work closely with experienced recruiters, shadowing, training, and mastering sourcing & recruitment processes.
Identify top talent – Search for, screen, and manage candidates for roles within the Tech & Comms industries.
Engage with candidates – Build relationships, understand motivations, and match them to opportunities.
Support business growth – Work with an experienced consultant to help deliver on live roles and make placements.
Master the fundamentals – Develop skills in sales, candidate engagement, and negotiation before progressing into a full 360° consultant role.
* Fully immerse yourself in the Tangent recruitment process and master sourcing and delivery.
* Work on live roles—no guarantees, success is earned through effort, consistency, and persistence.
* Track progress based on placements, call consistency, and process adherence—milestones will be set.
* At the 3-6 month mark, you will transition into business development, equipped with a solid recruitment foundation.
