Responsibilities
1. Support with final negotiations and mobilisation of a complex and high-profile digital transformation and services contract.
2. Support with supplier (and intercompany) flow-down, negotiation, and mobilisation.
3. Support, manage, and/or govern the discharging of contractual obligations.
4. Lead and participate in moderate complexity proposal development, negotiation, and execution of contractual agreements, including contract changes and amendments, with appropriate signature authority.
5. Draft, review, interpret, and administer terms and conditions (simple to moderately complex) and other legally binding agreements.
6. Coordinate across functional areas (programme, finance, legal) to deliver commercial solutions aligned with strategic goals.
7. Anticipate, interpret, and mitigate commercial risks; summarize contractual issues and propose risk-aware solutions.
8. Maintain effective commercial governance, ensuring compliance with Boeing Defence UK and corporate policies, laws, and regulations.
9. Develop and review Statements of Work.
10. Administer contracts and authorize company work in line with contractual requirements and policies.
11. Apply value-for-money principles supporting customer needs and business objectives.
12. Implement and adhere to BDUK Commercial policies/procedures and ensure compliance.
Experience required:
* WCC (formerly IACCM) qualification and/or experience in a similar role.
* 5+ years' experience within multinational global companies; UK defence expertise is desirable.
* Knowledgeable in defence contracting, terms & conditions - drafting, interpretation, and negotiation.
* Eligible or able to obtain UK SC level security clearance.
