We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join our school team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure, clean, and fully operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening and securing the school site each day
* General site supervision and security
* Carrying out routine health & safety checks
* Basic maintenance and minor repairs
* Porterage duties and room set‑ups for school activities and events
* Ensuring the premises remain safe, clean, tidy, and operational
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* An understanding of health & safety procedures
* The ability to work independently and use initiative
* A flexible and positive approach to work
* Good communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the school community
