Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience this summer? We are currently seeking passionate ECTs to join our supply team for placements in Southend throughout July.

The Role:
1. Short-term and day-to-day supply teaching across local primary and secondary schools
2. Deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive learning environment
3. Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school expectations

5. Qualified ECT status (or due to qualify this academic year)
