As SOCOTEC continues to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and committed Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the badge with pride.
We’re seeking a proactive, adaptable professional who can work confidently both independently and as part of a team. In this role, you’ll be key in surveying buildings, collecting samples, and identifying asbestos‑containing materials to help ensure the safety of workplaces and communities.
Your expertise will support projects across a wide range of sectors, including defence, rail, roads, power stations, retail, heritage, and service industries – giving you the chance to make a real impact every day.
Key tasks you will undertake include:
* Undertaking asbestos surveys of a broad range of premises
* Liaising with clients and Project Managers
* Accurately recording site information and submitting reports
Qualifications
To be a successful Asbestos Surveyor, you should be able to demonstrate:
* BOHS P402 / RPSH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying
* Strong asbestos knowledge and understanding of regulations
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
