What you'll do
Maintain impeccable files and coordinate with clients on new instructions, ensuring seamless operations
Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, guaranteeing that deadlines are always met
Arrange court hearings, liaise with legal experts, and set up meetings to keep cases advancing smoothly
Prioritise workloads effectively, ensuring clear communication within the team and adherence to timelines
Assist with diary management, travel arrangements, and administrative support, enabling fee earners to focus on delivering results
Implement innovative processes to enhance team productivity while keeping pace with the latest technology and client needs
Support partners with billing, compliance, and tracking KPIs to meet performance goals
Manage tight deadlines for court orders, filings, and legal documents, ensuring readiness for hearings or transactions
Facilitate billing, file closures, and finance-related inquiries to ensure smooth team operations
What you'll bring
Exceptional communication and organisation: A multitasker who effectively manages priorities and delivers results
Experience in civil litigation is preferred, along with a solid legal background
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software (preferably Partner for Windows)
Your work is accurate and well-presented, with a strong focus on clarity
You excel in client care, ensuring everyone feels valued
A proactive approach to enhancing efficiency and overcoming challenges
Discreet, with an understanding of when to escalate concerns to senior management
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a talented team of professionals
