To be considered for this role you will be… * Professionally qualified within this discipline * Proven track record of managing the design & build process * Experienced in the construction field * Full UK Driving Licence Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the design & build process, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations within the market * Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to manage design & build process. * Review drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving potential design issues and liaising with relevant parties, * Support the construction team by ensuring design intent aligns with the parameters required. * Assist in obtaining approvals and liaising with planning authorities as required. * Ensure all design documentation is up to date and compliant with current regulations.
