Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? You would be playing an essential role within the classroom by providing hands on support and working 1:1 with year 7-11 pupils (KS3 and KS4), helping to mentor and support students' education.
Key responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
* Providing general classroom support across KS3 and KS4, aiding with pupil engagement to enhance learning outcomes
* Supporting the class teachers with planning and preparation, as well as delivering engaging lessons
* Ensuring a positive and safe,supportive and inclusive environment for students
