As an Associate Platform Specialist, you will partner with internal teams and clients to support account growth, campaign optimisation, and platform excellence. Previous experience is not required to apply. We're looking for potential, curiosity, and the right mindset. Responsibilities
* Own a book of business with accountability for client performance and growth.
* Support senior team members on larger, strategic accounts.
* Set up, monitor, and QA campaigns to ensure smooth delivery.
* Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then propose next steps.
* Prepare client materials - performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute optimisations and track impact.
* Contribute to team playbooks, processes, and knowledge sharing to improve efficiency.
* Continuously build platform expertise and a deep understanding of client goals.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organised, and deliver on deadlines.
* A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Comfortable working with Excel, Keynote, and digital tools (training provided).
* Strong communication skills: The ability to listen carefully, share ideas clearly, and work well with different teams.
* Interest in advertising, apps, technology, or marketing (any exposure is a plus, not required).
